Born in 1963, B. S. 1984, Heilongjiang University; Ph. D. 1996, Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry. Research Fellow, 1998-2000, Free University of Brussels. Professor, 2000, Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry. Deputy editor-in-chief of Chin. J. Appl. Chem. Editorial advisory board member of The Open Electrochemistry Journal. Publish over 30 papers. Translation of Electrochemical Methods -Fundamentals and Applications (2nd Edition). The first prize of Scientific & Technological Progress Award 2003 of Jinlin Province.
