    汤朝晖,男,19769月生,研究员,博士生导师。中国科学院长春应用化学研究所生态环境高分子材料重点实验室生物医用高分子课题组。曾在英国帝国理工学院和美国纽约州立大学石溪分校做博士后。目前主要从事高分子载体抗肿瘤纳米药物研究。针对传统抗肿瘤纳米药物存在的渗透和靶向能力低等问题,提出了肿瘤“边缘与中心”协同治疗和“凝血靶向”等的纳米药物研究新思路,发现纳米技术可以显著提高血管阻断剂的的肿瘤血管靶向性和抑瘤能力,把纳米药物的瘤内渗透能力低从“缺点”转变为“优势”。在Advanced MaterialsAdvanced ScienceProgress in polymer scienceChemical ScienceBiomaterialsJournal of controlled release等知名期刊发表学术论文100余篇,SCI他引3000余次,申请中国发明专利40余项,其中已授权专利30 余项,申请PCT专利2项,获授权美国专利1项。20072011年两次获得吉林省科技进步一等奖,2011年获得中国石油与化学工业联合会技术发明奖一等奖,2013年获中国专利优秀奖,2015年入选中国科学院青年创新促进会“优秀会员”。所开发的聚谷氨酸接枝聚乙二醇顺铂纳米胶束药物实现了技术转让。
